Hola Mexico!

Here’s the part I enjoyed the most: a day trip to the fields of blue Agave (the plant that is processed to make tequila), the Jose Cuervo plantation where we got schooled about all types of tequila and how it is produced, a local restaurant where we all had our authentic Mexican buffet fix, and a walk around the town plaza where we got to buy souvenirs from street vendors before heading out to watch a private cultural show.

Mexico is such a vibrant place. Its streets are filled with colours, soaked in beaming, smoldering sun, its people almost just as warm, and even more beautiful, its culture - rich and overflowing with history. I hope to come back and explore it even more, but for now I hope you enjoyed this photo diary.
