How to be authentic these days?

I think you should also know the right balance of being online and being offline. Some people get so consumed with social media. In social media, share something that’s coming from your heart, your mind, and your experiences.

It’s very important now that you really show who you are. If you don't show who you are, or if you're getting inspired and totally copying someone else, then it's not really you.

Boundaries in making big life decisions?

Usually have an answer already when there are big decisions to make, but it really won't hurt to ask a few of your loved ones for a second, third opinion. Because sometimes, whether it be regarding work or love or about anything actually in this world, sometimes what you feel isn't necessarily what's going to happen. People around you can offer a different perpsecitve, a perspective that is outside of the situation we're in.

How to have a balance in everything?

Being uninspired is inevitable.

Take a step back and relax!

Give yourself permission to take breaks and rest when you're feeling uninspired or burnt out. Pushing through when you're not motivated can lead to decreased productivity and even resentment towards the task at hand.

Engage in activities that help you recharge and rejuvenate. This can be going for a walk in nature, practicing a hobby, spending time with loved ones, reading a book, or simply taking some quiet time for self-reflection.

Explore new experiences or environments to inspire fresh perspectives. Traveling, attending workshops or seminars, or immersing yourself in different art forms can reignite your passion and creativity.

2) Find your passion and interests

Identify your passions and interests. Reflect on what activities bring you joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose. Whether it's a hobby, a career path, or a creative pursuit, make time for activities that align with your passions.

Find ways to incorporate your interests into your daily life. If you love painting, set up a small studio space at home. If you enjoy playing a musical instrument, dedicate regular practice sessions. Prioritize activities that allow you to do what you love.

Push yourself to learn new techniques, try different approaches, or take on more ambitious projects. Continuously nurturing your passions can bring a sense of fulfillment and keep you engaged in what you love.

Know that balance looks different for everyone, and it may evolve over time.

We really have to go through the process to reach what we aspire for.
