Rising Above Breaking Season

Have you ever been in a breaking season? Or are you going through one right now? We hope this can help you navigate and breakthrough! ♥️

Being grateful and hopeful during a breaking season can be challenging, but it's possible with intentional steps and a perspective grounded in faith. Here are practical ways:

1)

Count Your Blessings

Take time each day to intentionally reflect on and write down things you are grateful for, no matter how small they may seem. This practice can shift your focus from your challenges to the positive aspects of your life.

2) Focus on What You Can Control

Identify areas of your life where you have control and take positive action. Even small steps towards positive change can bring a sense of empowerment and hope.

3) Keep a Long-Term Perspective

Remember that breaking seasons are often temporary phases in the larger journey of life. Trust that God has a purpose for every season, and this challenging time will eventually pass.

4) Focus on Solutions, Not Problems

Instead of dwelling on the difficulties you're facing, channel your energy into finding solutions and taking proactive steps towards improvement.

5) Help Others in Need

Sometimes, helping others who are also struggling can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Look for opportunities to serve and make a positive difference in someone else's life.

Experiencing challenging or "breaking" seasons in our lives can be deeply disheartening and sometimes overwhelming. Navigating these seasons requires faith, perseverance, and a deep trust in God's sovereignty and plan for our lives.

1) Anchor Yourself in God's Word

The Bible is filled with promises, encouragement, and stories of hope amidst adversity. Regularly read and meditate on Scripture to strengthen your faith and gain perspective on God's faithfulness in challenging times.

2) Stay Patient and Persevere

Understand that breaking seasons are often part of a larger process. Be patient and trust God's timing. Keep persevering in faith, knowing that He is with you every step of the way.

3) Keep Hope Alive

Hold on to hope with unwavering faith. Remember that breaking seasons are temporary, but God's promises are eternal. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Rising above every breaking season from God requires surrendering our circumstances to Him, trusting His plan, and allowing His strength to carry us through. By relying on His grace and leaning on His promises, we can find hope and resilience even in the midst of life's most challenging seasons.
