Pivoting A Business

○ We should stay relevant. We need to have content. We made a contest or promo, we joined tiktok, everything that’s up to date. We want to make sure that we’ll still be on the top of their mind.

○ Straightforward branding. Make your brand easier for people to remember.

○ Maximize social medianowadays, everyone has their own social media accounts. To make sure that the business still works in this new normal, we always have to be present digitally.

○ Create engagement. This is the most important thing that you can do, not only for your brand’s relevance but also for an emotional connection with your audience.

○ Look for a need in the market. Create something that would create that need.

Don’t be discouraged if you’re forced to do something out of your comfort zone because you can always use it in your advantage – if you are willing to try.

When to Pivot?

○ When it gets alarming. List all the possible issues that we have and address those.

○ If we solve all the issues and we still didn’t pick up. If it didn’t work, it’s time to try something else.

○ You don’t want to quit unless you try everything thing that you could.

Take advantage of the challenge that everyone is facing and make sure that you find strength in that
