Strategies to help you take care of your mental health:

3) Mindfulness and Meditation

4) Positive Affirmations
Replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations to boost self-esteem and confidence.
5) Limit Screen Time
Be mindful of screen time and social media use. Excessive screen time can contribute to feelings of isolation and stress.
