What are the things to consider first?

1) Changing perspective.

Our perspective can greatly impact our sense of hope. By choosing to focus on the positive, we can cultivate a sense of hope even in difficult situations.

2) Avoid negativity.

Negative thinking patterns can lead to feelings of hopelessness and despair. It's important to recognize when we are falling into negative thinking and take steps to shift our perspective.

3) Practice gratitude.

Practicing gratitude can help us to focus on the good in our lives and cultivate a sense of hope and optimism. It's important to find things to be grateful for, no matter how small they may seem.

The missteps, mistakes, and losses in your life are all part of the journey.

How to take action?

1) Persevere.

Persevering through difficult times can be challenging, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. It can help us to build resilience and cultivate a sense of hope.

2) Be mindful.

Mindfulness can help us to stay present and focused, even when we are facing challenges. It's important to take time for mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing.

3) Do creative things.

Engaging in creative activities such as writing, painting, or music can be a powerful way to find hope and express ourselves. It's important to make time for these activities, even if they don't seem productive or practical.

4) Share your story.

Sharing our stories and experiences can be a powerful way to connect with others and inspire hope. It's important to be vulnerable and authentic when sharing our stories, as this can help others to feel less alone in their struggles.

5) Learn to accept.

Engaging in creative activities such as writing, painting, or music can be a powerful way to find hope and express ourselves. It's important to make time for these activities, even if they don't seem productive or practical.

Tests and obstacles will always come in your life. Endure, pray, and don’t give up.
