Feeling a little lost and got nothing to do during this quarantine? There are certain circumstances that we have no power over, just like this pandemic. But you have to remember, the most important thing you should think about now is that how would you be able to adjust to it.

Being newlyweds, Joyce and Juancho are still having adjustments as wife and husband. And on this episode, they share how they are normalizing and adjusting to their new setup especially now that we are all under community quarantine and they are confined under one roof!

From their daily routine, here are the things you can do during quarantine

○ Begin the day with devotional time and prayer. Sit down and allot time to read the Bible. Keep your spiritual health intact.

○ Do your workouts. Keep yourself healthy. You can search workouts online if you are not used to do your own.

○ Have a breakfast time. Eat a healthy one.

○ Keep yourself updated with the news.

○ Check on your family and friends, especially your parents.

○ Set up a work station. Don’t work on your bed. Make a work station to make sure you are being productive. You can also wear your work clothes to set up your mind into work mode.

Do the things that you want to do but never had a time for. How about start reading all the books you got from the book fairs?

Key Takeaways :)

○ Maximize your time. Make the most out of what you have right now.

○ Schedule things to be productive every day.

○ Be optimistic. Have hope and be joyful even in this difficult time.

○ Try to look for opportunities you can do online. There are a lot out there.

Focus on the things you can do instead of the things you cannot. Have a sense of proactiveness.

○ Plan ahead. Plan how to get back on course as soon as this pandemic is over. One of the secrets to success is the right planning.

Always remember that life is feeble and fleeting. There is no point in panicking and focusing on the bad things going on with the world right now. Everything that we are experiencing will eventually pass and there is an eternity that awaits us.
